BOOKING VALIDITY
Bookings guaranteed by a deposit are valid until 12:00 AM on the day of arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
For early arrivals or late departures, please contact the reception; requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:30 AM
  • Early check-in or Late check-out: on request and subject to availability

LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE
Late arrivals and/or early departures still require payment for all booked nights.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments in cash, debit, and credit cards. Checks are not accepted.

For bank transfers:

  • Standard transfers made close to the arrival or departure date cannot be validated due to administrative reasons.
  • Instant transfers are accepted up to 24 hours before the arrival or departure date.
  • At check-in, the establishment reserves the right to request a credit card for pre-authorization of the stay amount, minus any deposits or down payments.

MEALS
Unconsumed meals are not eligible for reductions or refunds.

Restaurant Opening Hours:

  • Breakfast: from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Lunch: from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
  • Dinner: from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

RESTAURANT DRESS CODE

  • Breakfast and lunch: comfortable, informal attire suitable for a relaxed atmosphere.
  • Dinner: a casual chic look is recommended for an elegant evening touch.

APARTMENT NUMBER CONFIRMATION
When booking, it may not always be possible to guarantee a specific apartment number, floor, or location but only the selected type.
However, for stays of at least 7 nights, it is possible to reserve a specific apartment (indicating its number) with a 5% surcharge on the standard rate for the selected type (Comfort, Superior, Prestige, etc.).

NON-SMOKING APARTMENTS
All apartments are non-smoking. Please respect this rule to ensure the comfort of future guests.

BEACH (if included)
The beach is included from the day of arrival until the day before departure. Access on the last day is available upon request with an extra charge.
Small pets are allowed by booking dedicated umbrellas. Please consult our beach regulations.

PETS
Dogs of all sizes are welcome at no extra charge; one pet per apartment. Please consult our Residence regulations.

PARKING
An adjacent parking lot or an underground monitored parking area is available for guests.
The daily rate is €25.00 unless included in the selected stay type.

INTERNET CONNECTION
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments, common areas, and most outdoor spaces.

MINORS STAY
Minors can only stay if accompanied by a parent and with a valid identification document. Unaccompanied minors, even with authorization, are not allowed to stay.

VALUABLE ITEMS
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended. Each room is equipped with a safe.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Lost items will be kept for a maximum of 3 months.

COMMUNICATIONS
Cancellations or special requests will only be considered valid if submitted in writing via email to prenotazioni@leardinigroup.com. The hotel will communicate with the guest using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

LEARDINIGROUP TRAVEL PROTECTION SERVICE
Protect your stay with our Travel Protection Service, available for a 5% surcharge on the quoted amount (minimum 5 nights).

This service covers:

  • Cancellation due to illness or serious injury of the guest.
  • Sudden emergency or hospitalization of a family member of the guest.
  • Significant property damage (theft, fire, etc.) requiring the guest’s presence.

To activate the coverage, valid certification (e.g., medical certificate, official authority statement) is required.

The service covers the cancellation of the entire stay and can also apply to late arrivals or early departures.

CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

  1. Upon arrival, the stay balance and a €500.00 security deposit will be requested. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is caused to the property.
  2. Please use the beds provided in the apartment upon arrival. Any additional guests during the stay must be reported to reception to regularize public security requirements.
  3. Daily cleaning does not include washing dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. This service can be requested at reception for a €15.00 fee per service.
  4. In case of lost keys, a €50.00 fee will be charged.
