Does the Residence have parking?
Each reserved apartment includes a parking space. In some cases, the parking spaces are located underneath the building itself, in others, just a few steps away (underground parking). For additional cars, the Residence has an indoor garage available upon request at a cost of €25.00 per day (subject to availability).
Do you have a private beach? Is it included in the rates?
The beach is included for guests who book the Gold formula. If you choose a stay formula that does not include beach access, it is possible to reserve a shaded area with sunbeds at our beach club “Le Palme.” We will be happy to assist you with any details at the time of booking.
Can Residence guests use the pool at your Le Palme Beach Club for free?
If you book a stay formula that does not include the beach, the pool is accessible with the rental of at least one sunbed.
Are there fixed check-in and check-out days? What time is check-in?
Stays at the Residence are flexible, except for certain periods when a minimum stay is required. During June, July, and August, check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out by 10:30 AM. For arrivals at different times, please inform the reception staff.
What time must the apartment be vacated on the day of departure?
Check-out is by 10:30 AM to allow proper cleaning for the next guests. If you wish to extend your stay for a few hours, please contact the reception staff. Late check-out is available upon prior arrangement and an additional fee.
When and how should payment be made?
The balance of the stay is due upon key collection at check-in and can be paid by cash or credit card.
Are the apartments equipped for children?
The Residence is ideal for families with children, allowing for a relaxed holiday without time constraints. For younger guests, we provide—free of charge—camping cots, bed rails, high chairs, baby bathtubs, changing tables, and bottle warmers. All children from 3 years old can enjoy our Baby Club on the beach.
Can we bring a small dog or cat with us?
Pets are welcome in the apartments and common areas, except for restaurant zones.
Is linen included with the Residence Formula?
Yes, bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen linen are all included.
Does the Residence Formula include daily housekeeping?
During the winter and spring months, daily cleaning is provided. In the summer, it is included only with the Gold and Hotel formulas. With the Silver formula, for stays longer than 7 nights, one mid-stay cleaning is provided with a change of bathroom and bedroom linen (kitchen excluded).
What is included in the apartment amenities?
Apartments include cookware (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc.), bed, bath, and kitchen linen. Cleaning products are not included. Additional amenities: free Wi-Fi, safe, LCD TV with international satellite channels and SKY package (in the living room), hairdryer, and Nespresso machine.
Where is the Residence Lungomare located?
Our Residences are located between Viale Ceccarini and just past the Riccione Port, a few steps from Hotel Lungomare and Suite Hotel Maestrale.
Where do guests check in if staying in an apartment?
Check-in takes place at Hotel Lungomare, Viale Milano 7.
What types of apartments are available?
We offer about sixty apartments of various types:
- Top Prestige: three double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, 2 or 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 100 sqm)
- Luxury Prestige: two double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 80 sqm)
- Luxury Superior: two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 75 sqm)
- Prestige: two double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 70 sqm)
- Executive: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 65 sqm)
- Superior: one double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, living room with sofa, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 60 sqm)
- Comfort: one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, one bathroom, kitchenette with all amenities, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 50 sqm)
- Petit Luxury: open space with double bed, French sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, and free unguarded parking. (Approx. 40 sqm)
Can Residence guests use the services of Hotel Maestrale and Lungomare?
Guests staying in the apartments can use all hotel facilities. Meals for children, in particular, are available at Hotel Maestrale.
Is it possible to rent apartments monthly or for extended periods?
Yes, on request and during certain periods, apartments can be rented for long stays, based on weekly pricing.
Is there insurance to cover unforeseen events/cancellations?
To protect yourself from penalties due to cancellations, we offer our convenient “Travel Prevention Service” at a cost of €10.00 per day per room (minimum 5-night stay) or €25 per day per apartment (minimum 7-night stay). The Leardinigroup Travel Prevention Service covers:
- cancellation due to illness or serious accident of the guest for whom the stay was booked
- serious accident or sudden medical emergency requiring hospitalization of a family member
- serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s home requiring their presence
In all of the above cases, appropriate documentation must be presented (medical certificate / police report, etc.). This service only covers the cancellation of the entire stay and does not apply to late arrivals or early departures.
Does the hotel organize special evenings during the summer?
Yes, the hotel offers two themed evenings: the Fish Market evening, with fresh fish dinner served at the hotel in a relaxed atmosphere, and the Picnic evening among the olive trees at our Locanda I Girasoli, just a few kilometers away. For guests staying on half or full board, the evenings are included, while those on bed and breakfast can join for an extra charge.
